The hotel is surrounded by lush green hills and ancient temples which give it a serene and magical ambiance. The staff members were amazing, always attentive and trying their best to please and make us feel welcome. The fine dining experience was exceptional, one of the best we have ever had. We also enjoyed a pampering session at the hotel spa which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
The food was a bit pricey, and there were not many options outside the hotel. We found that the transportation fees were a bit steep, making it difficult to explore the city.

Amazing location surrounded by beautiful scenery. Excellent restaurants with a great variety of food to choose from and high-quality spa and swimming pool for relaxation after a long day of business meetings.
Staff interaction could be more friendly and hospitable. Room lighting was insufficient, and bathroom facilities could have been more modernized.

This hotel is an exceptional and exquisite luxurious experience. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, fulfilling all of our needs.
One minor problem that we faced was the absence of a swimming pool. Apart from that, there were no other negatives.
